At Claim Care Solutions (CCS), we are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions — including consultations, trainings, webinars, and coaching sessions.
All information shared with CCS — including patient, provider, business, or financial data — is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with applicable HIPAA, PHI, and privacy regulations. We will never disclose, share, or reproduce any information obtained during the course of service without written consent, except as required by law.
Client Responsibilities & Terms of Engagement
By scheduling a consultation, training, or service with CCS, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Protected Information:
Any clinical, operational, or patient-related information provided to CCS is handled in compliance with HIPAA and relevant privacy laws. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own systems and limiting shared data to only what is necessary for the requested service.
- Contractual Agreement:
All deliverables, project timelines, and scope of work will be defined and confirmed in writing prior to the start of any engagement. No services will begin without a signed agreement.
- Payment & Deposit Policy:
- All deposits and payments made to CCS are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling or cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date.
- Late cancellations or failure to attend a session may result in forfeiture of deposit or balance payment.
- Professional Boundaries:
Consultations, webinars, and training sessions are for educational and operational guidance only and should not be construed as legal or medical advice.
Clients are encouraged to consult their own legal counsel or compliance officer for site-specific legal requirements.
- Use of Recordings & Materials:
CCS retains ownership of all proprietary content, recordings, and materials shared during trainings or coaching sessions. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution without written consent is prohibited.
- Data & Privacy Commitment:
CCS implements secure communication and storage practices to protect client data. Any inadvertent disclosure will be promptly reviewed and addressed in accordance with HIPAA breach notification requirements.
By continuing with any CCS consultation, service, or training, you acknowledge these terms and agree to uphold all confidentiality and compliance obligations outlined herein.
